JUNG-IL is a young and dynamic mid-sized accounting corporation that has been rapidly growing since its establishment in 2001. Headquartered in Seocho-dong, JUNG-IL operates branch offices in Guro, Ilsan, and Bundang, while providing international financial consulting overseas in the USA, Vietnam, and China through its liaison offices.

In addition to traditional accounting services such as auditing and tax-related consulting, JUNG-IL provides highly technical consultations regarding Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and IPOs, among others.

In executing Namsun Aluminum Co. Ltd.’s WorkOut, JUNG-IL performed the M&A through divestiture and acquisition and thereafter, the consolidated entity was re-listed as a spin off. Such unconventional methodologies have been published as a success case and highlighted by numerous international M&A journals.

By recognizing and staying ahead of economic trends, JUNG-IL prepares appropriate solutions and services tailored to the client’s needs.

During the peak of the IT industry's growth, JUNG-IL recognized the potential of the Biotechnology (BT) industry. Accordingly, JUNG-IL explored opportunities in BT while attracting 5 million dollars in investment for TissueGene, Inc., a leading BT corporation in the US. This positive feedback led to the perspicacious development of its involvement in BT and thus, JUNG-IL promptly organized a liaison office in the USA and now executes various BT related projects.

In addition, JUNG-IL actively supports clients who aspire to enter foreign markets in this age of a globalizing economy. Recognizing China as one of the world's largest markets, the liaison office in China provides consultation for laying advance groundwork and post-investment quarterly analysis of financial positioning to facilitate access to the Chinese market. Furthermore, as Vietnam is expected to be the foundation for Korea’s future economic growth, JUNG-IL took the initiative to be the first Korean accounting corporation to establish itself there by creating a liaison office to provide more engaging services to their clients based in Vietnam.
